This Policy explains how Qobo Ltd (“Qobo”, “we”) collects and processes personal data of Qolaborate users in compliance with the EU GDPR.

Account Data: name, business name, email, phone, billing address. Usage Data: IP, browser type, access times, activity logs. Payment Data: processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). Support Data: details you submit through contact or help forms.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data for: Contract performance (providing the service). Legal obligations (invoicing, taxation). Legitimate interest (security, analytics, service improvement). Consent (marketing communications).

4. How We Use Your Data

Manage accounts and subscriptions. Provide customer support. Prevent fraud and ensure system integrity. Communicate product updates or maintenance notices. Improve functionality and performance.

5. Sharing of Data

We may share limited data with: Hosting: AWS (EU region). Email & Automation: Brevo, Zapier (with SCCs in place). Payment Processors: PCI-DSS compliant providers. All partners act under written Data Processing Agreements.

6. Data Security

We apply industry-standard measures: AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. 2-factor authentication for staff. Continuous monitoring and annual penetration tests.

7. Data Retention

Account data: retained for the subscription term + 12 months. Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement). Support tickets: 12 months. After expiry, data is anonymised or securely deleted.
